Simposium 'International Labor Mobility' Organize By World Bank Malaysia

The symposium aims to increase participants ’understanding of workforce mobility and job matching at the international labor market level, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. The partnership involved representatives from government departments and relevant stakeholders from Malaysia and South Korea, discussing the management of workforce mobility between the country of origin and the country of destination.

Virtual Symposium on Human Resource for Aged Care

Announcement on the offer of skilled workforce development through the Malaysian Skills Certification System pioneered by the Department. Through this symposium platform, it can be concluded that the Department has taken pro -active steps to face the possibility of Malaysia achieving host country status by 2030 through the development of 29 related NOSS programs and the issuance of 1,636 Certificates. Competent skilled workers are critical when Malaysia is declared an old country. Employee This Care Service should have a positive attitude, competent and able to deal with the emotions of the elderly.
